Chelsea Tischler

Chelsea Tischler is an award-winning portrait and wildlife photographer based in Birmingham, Michigan.

Chelsea has rights-managed representation with Gallery Stock in New York.  Major magazine publications include Rangefinder, PDN, Newsweek, National Geographic (online), Town & Country, Luxury, Parents, Condé Nast Traveller, Elite Traveler, Wells Fargo Conversations, Capital (Germany), Myself (Germany), Elle (France), and major commercial licensing includes Apple, Hewlett Packard, Citibank, LATAM Airlines, Meda Pharmaceuticals and others.

She has a growing portrait and wedding photography business in which she takes "magazine-style, magazine-quality" photographs of regular people.  Her images are clean and bold, and are influenced heavily by her commercial and editorial work. "My ultimate goal is for my clients to feel like their images belong in a magazine".

Formerly an engineer for the US Environmental Protection Agency, Chelsea took her career in a more creative direction after studying photography at the Brooks Institute.  She now lives in Michigan with her husband and 5-year-old daughter, who provide endless inspiration and support.

Chelsea is a self-defined "travel-addict" and is learning Spanish in her free time.
